Why can’t I use the app for writing my experiments if i don’t have internet?
I am very sorry about this issue, and I want to make it clear this is not the expected behavior. Normally, you do not need to be connected to the internet to be able to use Findings. There is no server connection necessary. The only time when Findings would need a connection is to validate the license when first entering your serial on a machine.
Now, I want to make sure I understand the issue. Is it maybe related to this other issue reported by some users: Editing of experiment body not possible - #4 by cparnot
Do you lose the ability to edit as soon as the internet is off? Does it come back when the internet is back on? Or is it that you need an internet connection just when Findings launches maybe?
